What we can and can't answer
- Yes: corrections, calculator feedback, suggestions for guides and stocking plans, questions about how our method works.
- Not by email: diagnosis of a sick fish. We can't see your fish or test your water, and guessing would be irresponsible — an aquatic veterinarian or a good local fish store can help much faster. Bring them your ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, temperature and stocking details; that information is what any diagnosis starts from.
We read everything and reply to most messages, but we're a small operation — please allow a few days.
